One of the greatest mistakes men make when venturing into the world of facial hair is failure to properly trim and care for their beard. It seems like it would be an easy and obvious thing to do, but many men are failing miserable with their beard care.
Beard care can be an easy and enjoyable thing if it is approached early on and correctly. The two main obstacles to overcome in the quest to properly caring for your beard are laziness and equipment. Concerning laziness, that is a personal issue that you must choose to face on a character level. I could give you advice that would help you but this is not the place for that, we are hear to talk about beards and facial hair. Concerning the second obstacle, equipment, there is something to be said and heard.

Many men dive into facial hair without realizing the commitment they are making. They try to make things go smooth and yet they thwart themselves by not beginning with the proper tools to ensure success.

WHEN YOU GROW A BEARD YOU NEED BEARD TRIMMERS!!!

Not just one beard trimmer but TWO, you need two Beard Trimmers to successfully care for you beard and maintain a look that will enhance your appeal and life in general. As I stated briefly in the "Beard Trimmers" section, you need a medium to large toothed beard trimmer and a fine toothed trimmer. By medium to large, I mean the kind a barber/hair stylist might use to trim your head hair (think of dog clippers, they're good for trimming larger amounts fast). By fine toothed trimmer, I mean the kind that gets used to trim your sideburns and neck during a hair cut. They make a higher pitched whinier noise, but get very close and outline the hairstyle very well.

To obtain quality beard care one Must have these two beard trimmers! It is so important that I felt the need to further elaborate and repeat myself, TWO BEARD TRIMMERS IS WHAT YOU NEED! I'm adamant about this because it affects you and me. It affects you because it will determine whether or not you have a good looking beard for an extended period of time and it affects me because if you choose not to go the route of successful beard care you will be another example people use to bash on facial hair. So please, be wise when you choose to grow a beard. Care for it well, trim it well, after all you deserve it and we do to.
